CROCK POT SHREDDED CHICKEN TACOS
EASY CROCK POT SHREDDED CHICKEN OR PORK TACOS:
Sear Chicken or Pork Loin over grill or stove first to brown slightly. Then place in crock pot on high with Taco Seasoning, Water, Salsa (half of jar) and let cook for 4 hours. When finished, shred the meat with 2 forks and simply add mixture to tortillas, (option to toast tortillas first), with Shredded Cheese, Lettuce, Salsa and Sour Cream if you so choose.
Grocery List:
Chicken Breast or Pork Loin (Depending on how much you want to make, 2 chicken breast or 1 pork loin per 2 people)
Salsa (One jar)
Taco Seasoning Packet (2 tbs)
2 cups Water
Shredded Cheese
Lettuce
Tortillas
Sour Cream (Optional)
