PEANUT BUTTER OREO BROWNIES

This Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies recipe is sure to be a big hit! This dessert might be something you bake at home prior to your trip unless you are traveling in an RV with an oven. These gooey brownies are a step up from the original and melt in your mouth! Very simple ingredients and short prep time, make these a go to when traveling. Here is why, you will be using cupcake foil and paper liners, so it makes them great to pack and travel with. They are also easy to heat back up, either over the fire for a couple of minutes or microwave, if you have access to one, for just 10 seconds! Easy, gooey brownies with a twist!

Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees (or what is specified on the brownie box), and start filling the cupcake tin with foil and paper liners. Get your brownie batter mixed up, according to the directions on the box, then add one teaspoon to the bottom of each cupcake paper. You will have extra batter, so just set it aside for now.

Next you will add a 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter to the tops of two Oreos per cupcake wrapper and stack one on top of the other. Gently place the stacked Oreos on top of the brownie mix in each of the cupcake wrappers.

Finally, pour brownie batter mix over the Oreos topped with peanut butter that are in the cupcake wrappers. Bake for the minimum amount of time specified on the brownie box in the directions. As soon as you take them out of the oven, be sure to remove them from the cupcake foil and tin, so they do not stick to the bottom. Let cool for about 10 minutes or so before devouring this warm, gooey dessert!

These Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies travel well. Even though you are taking them out of the cupcake foil and paper, they still retain their shape quite well. You can either use a couple of gallon size zip lock bags or a plastic storage container to tote them around.
